This article shows how to create your Fonoa account in the different countries that we have available - you can find below the relevant information for Croatia and Portugal.

Portugal 🇵🇹

To create your Fonoa profile, the first step is to complete registration on the partner dashboard and fill in your company details on their invoice settings. After you update company details on their app/dashboard, Fonoa will get your company details and allow you to create a profile on our portal.

If you didn't fully complete registration on the provider application, you won't be able to register on the Fonoa portal.

To create your Fonoa profile, you will need to perform three actions:

Complete registration on application and fulfill company details
Create a new profile on the Tax Authority website (AT - Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira)
Once the new profile is created on the Tax Authority website, you will need to register for the Fonoa profile

Below you can find instructions for the two processes you need to follow.

Creating new user profiles on the Tax Authority website

Go to Tax authority website and login into your account
Search for Gestão de Utilizadores in the search box
When the results retrieve, click on Aceder next to Gestão de Utilizadores
Click on Criar um novo utilizador to start the process
Fill in the necessary details related to your user: Utilizador, Senha e Confirmar Senha
Once above is done, make sure that under Operações Autorizadas you choose both WFA - Comunicação de dados de faturas and WSE - Comunicação e gestão de séries por webservice (see screenshot below):

Creating your Fonoa account

Once you have finalized the above process, you can create your Fonoa account
Visit our registration page - https://suppliers.fonoa.com/pt/register
Fill in the registration form with your company information
Once you've filled in the registration form, you will receive an email from Fonoa
Click on "Create New Password" and it will guide you back to the Fonoa portal for the password creation
Once all of the above steps have been followed, your Fonoa account will be created
Every time you want to login into Fonoa, you can do so by visiting https://suppliers.fonoa.com/pt/login

Croatia 🇭🇷
